Nowadays most people use the internet, interacting with us by email. We have 2 emails:

In Metros and Urban areas, emails generally function well, but in rural areas the service is less reliable. As a result we have “back-ups”: Mobile dongles, and the use of a mobile phone “hot spot”.

So kindly be patient. If you do not hear from us within 4 days, then email again. We will understand.

Parents, wishing to contact their children, can phone our 2 below contacts:

between 8.00 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)

between 9.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. (Sundays)

The students are allocated Calling Days. Ask your child which day of the week that is. You can phone on a calling day between 8 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.

If you have any particular concern you can speak to the Tutor of your child. Ask him/her for the mobile number of his/her Tutor.
